Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, manage vendors, and ensure lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment and building systems run safely and reliably.

Your goal is to prevent downtime and keep the guest experience running without interruption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Solid understanding of safety compliance and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to anticipate downtime.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center operational.
