Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to own daily health, safety, and performance of the venue. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure all systems—from lanes to kitchen equipment—run safely and reliably to prevent downtime and preserve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities or technical operations in a high-volume setting.
• Hands-on plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and contracting experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Budgeting, vendor management, and cost-control capabilities.
• Strong safety compliance with OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
