Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to own the day-to-day health, safety, and performance of the center. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, and manage vendors to keep lanes, attractions, and kitchen equipment running reliably.

You will oversee budgets, train staff on safety and quality standards, and provide on-site support during peak hours. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
