Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day health, safety, and performance of our center. You will lead the maintenance team, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure all lanes, attractions, and equipment run safely and reliably.

You will schedule preventative maintenance, document work, and troubleshoot issues quickly, including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational and guest experiences uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities or technical operations in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general contracting.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Own preventative maintenance across the center, scheduling regular service and system checks to catch issues before they become failures.
• Document all maintenance work and monitor equipment performance to stay ahead of downtime.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
