Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager in Florida to keep all lanes, attractions, and building systems running smoothly. You will lead a maintenance team, perform repairs, and manage budgets while ensuring guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

This role requires 3+ years in facilities leadership, hands-on plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to maintain 24/7 center operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
