Facilities Manager Job Description

The C.W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the properties located at 3333 Wilkinson Blvd., 800 Clanton Road, and 5800 Old Pineville Road in Charlotte, as well as our Mobile & Transportation Units. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for maintaining safety and security, performing light maintenance or coordinating with vendors, inspecting work, and ensuring compliance with environmental and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
  2. Monitoring safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
  3. Scheduling inspections and repairs with vendors.
  4. Ensuring security measures are in place.
  5. Managing daily operations and maintenance orders.
  6. Producing reports and recommendations for building efficiency.
  7. Collaborating on budgeting and project planning.
  8. Conducting inspections and maintaining emergency systems.
  9. Handling emergencies and documenting incidents.
  10. Overseeing projects from start to finish.
  11. Ensuring compliance with regulations and SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be bonded.
  • CPR & First Aid certification.
  • OSHA and Risk Management training.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift.
