Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Missouri to join a collaborative team that maintains and upgrades facilities. You will perform general maintenance, installations, and repairs across multiple sites, using a range of hand and power tools while contributing to preventive maintenance programs.

The role emphasizes teamwork with other technicians, timely completion of work requests, and ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
• Valid driver's license.
• D.O.T certification (sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
• Work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with other Facility Maintenance Technicians to complete complex projects.
• Complete work requests promptly and professionally.
• Track company truck usage and gas card
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
