Facility Maintenance Technician at North Ridge Health and Rehab

Join us as a Facility Maintenance Technician at North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN. We are part of Mission Health Communities, owning and operating over 50 healthcare facilities nationwide.

Pay Range

Estimated between $20.00/hr and $25.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the physical plant, ensuring safety and good repair for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform preventative and restorative maintenance, including repairs on wheelchairs, beds, lighting, drywall, and plumbing.
• Follow federal, state, county, and city codes and regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or similar roles, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a rotating on-call weekend schedule.
