The Maintenance Technician III (Lead Maintenance Technician) is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the assigned real estate portfolio. Special attention to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives is critical to overall success.
Location:
This position will work out of our Autumn Ridge Apartments. Autumn Ridge is a large, 366-unit affordable housing community located in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $29-30/hour + commission/bonus eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
