Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures; documents wear and tear.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; orders parts and tracks orders.
• Submits warranty claims and ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart standards.
• Identifies deficiencies and escalates issues; maintains logs and reports.
