Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Observes and documents signs of wear and tear; gathers capital expense information and recommends repair needs.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; completes required written and electronic information.
• Operates heavy machinery and power equipment in compliance with training and safety procedures.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart quality standards.
• Coordinates and transports vehicles and equipment for required maintenance; unloads and stores equipment.
