Job summary

Role includes carpentry, masonry, tiling, roofing, and fabrication of adaptive items.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in the trade, with EPA certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school or GED and 1 year progressive experience in the trade areas.
• EPA certification may be required (Type I, II, III or Universal) as per 40 CFR Part 82.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in commercial/industrial maintenance environment.
• 2 years' carpentry experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Door adjustments.
• Lock repair and installation.
• Cabinetry and furniture repair.
• Pouring and finishing concrete.
• Masonry work.
• Vinyl and ceramic tile replacement/installation.
• Roofing work.
• Fabrication of adaptive items for clients.
• Use of hand and power tools and heavy equipment.
• Work is reviewed by a supervisor for quality and compliance with work orders.
