Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across our sites, manage staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure quality and EH&S compliance within our ERP processes.

Reporting to the General Manager with dotted line to Corporate Engineering, you will drive maintenance programs, supervise contractors, and uphold safety standards in a high-stakes environment with NRC-related requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead general and preventive maintenance across facilities.
• Ensure maintenance records comply with quality systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on specialized equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date spare parts inventory and PM reports.
• Oversee contractors and field technicians to schedule and budget.
• Maintain 24-hour on-call status for troubleshooting.
