Job summary

The Sotera Health Company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility maintenance activities across our Indiana operations. You will manage maintenance personnel, coordinate PM programs, and ensure records comply with quality system requirements and the EAM system.

Reporting to the General Manager with dotted line to Corporate Engineering, you will lead maintenance supervisors and contractors, drive safety and reliability initiatives, and manage budgets to complete projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with at least two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read engineering schematics; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead Maintenance Supervisor/Technicians and coordinate contractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure maintenance records and EAM data are complete and compliant with quality system requirements.
