Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities across its facilities, ensuring adherence to quality systems and EH&S programs. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and coordinate with Corporate Engineering on improvement projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of maintenance experience, including two in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience with at least two in a supervisory role.
• Experience with CMMS and reading engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across facilities.
• Maintain PM records and ensure compliance with EH&S.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and on-call troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Corporate Engineering on facility projects.
