Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

• Written Communication: Read and write clearly.
• Customer Service: Maintain positive attitude and respond to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklist to keep all areas clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and correct them.
• Sweep entrances, exits, and rails across all levels; clean rest rooms and office.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and report repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and quality by checking gate arms, ticket spitters, and counters.
• Assist customers inside facility and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
