• Maintaining boilers, chillers, PTAC units, and HVAC systems through regular servicing and repairs.
• Ensuring safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of our facilities.
• Logging work activities using our work order software to maintain organization.
• Adhering to safety standards set by IDPH and industry regulations.
