What You'll Do:

Join our Building and Facilities Maintenance team to keep our centers running smoothly through hands-on repair and maintenance tasks. Your work will help us save money and ensure seamless service for our patients!

Here's what your day might look like:

• Handle small repair jobs involving electricity, plumbing, and carpentry — be our go-to problem solver!
• Maintain our buildings by working on boilers, chillers, PTAC units, and HVAC systems, from routine servicing to minor repairs.
• Ensure each center is safe, comfortable, and efficiently operated by completing regular maintenance tasks.
• Document your work using our work order software to keep organized and prevent issues from being overlooked.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations established by IDPH and industry standards — safety is our priority!

Qualifications:

Regional Maintenance Technician

Requirements:

• Comfortable working near/around medical patients.
• Experience as a maintenance tech, handyman, or coordinator in healthcare, hospitality, corporate, or education environments; multi-site support preferred.
• Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, including boilers and chillers.
• Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• IDPH survey compliance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record to operate company vehicle.
• Proficient in computer skills; our environment is paperless.
• Physical Requirements: Frequently lift and carry objects over 50 pounds; this is a physically demanding role.
