Job summary

Job Details: Job Location: Rose Lane Health and Rehab - Massillon, OH 44646, Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Qualifications

Human Resources experience in a health care, long-term care, senior living, or similarly regulated environment preferred. Working knowledge of core HR practices, employee benefits, leave administration, ADA accommodation processes, Workers’ Compensation, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentation. Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn HR, payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, and learning-management systems used by the organization. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, customer service, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, collaborate with leadership, and be visible and approachable to employees.
