Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems in Massillon, OH is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead facility HR operations, employee relations, and policy administration. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, new hire compliance, and maintain audit-ready records while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will support benefits administration, workers’ compensation, leave coordination, and accommodations, while promoting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care or long-term care HR is preferred.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready employee records and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Working knowledge of core HR practices, employee benefits, leave administration, ADA accommodation processes, Workers’ Compensation, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentation. Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn HR, payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, and learning-management systems used by the organization. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, customer service, discretion, and confidentiality.
