Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Massillon, OH seeks an experienced healthcare administrator to lead a long-term care facility. The role requires coordinating medical, nursing and administrative functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving staff performance and retention.

As a liaison to the governing body and department supervisors, you will oversee reporting, policy enforcement, and staffing levels to maintain exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an institution accredited by the US Department of Education as listed in Rule 4751-1-02.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with established policies and procedures of the governing body and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison to the governing body for medical, nursing and professional staff and all facility departments.
• Prepare all reports as required by management.
• Supervise all department supervisors and administrative staff.
• Supervise recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion and termination of all staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing in collaboration with department supervisors.
