Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a General Laborer to support facility grounds maintenance and custodial tasks across our sites. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic as you help keep our operations clean and efficient.

You will operate hand-held tools and equipment, assist with waste cart organization, and perform routine repairs and upkeep of facilities. The position requires readiness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
