Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Physically able to perform lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Experience using hand tools and basic equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds, mow and pick up litter.
• Operate hand-held and power tools safely.
• Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition per policy/OSHA.
• Assist with organizing waste carts and bins.
• Safely transport, load, and unload containers and bins.
• Assist on route as needed.
• Help with housekeeping in maintenance shops and offices.
• Perform minor repairs and general upkeep of facilities.
• Clean, prepare, and paint containers.
• Install erosion-control measures such as silt fences and straw bales.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Pressure-wash and minor repairs to waste carts and portable restrooms.
