JLL is seeking a Journeyman Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across boilers, chillers, HVAC, and building systems at the Dixon, CA site. The role requires strong communication, clean work practices, and certification aligned with Local 39 apprenticeship standards.

Candidates will work in a regulated environment, perform complex procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient utility operations while participating in ongoing training and maintenance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and computer skills are required.
• General knowledge of industry maintenance and repair practices is required.
• Must have passed Local 39 apprentice exam or meet apprenticeship standards for IUOE Local 39.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across boilers, chillers, HVAC, and building systems.
• Perform repairs on Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Maintain engineering/electrical spaces in a clean, neat manner at all times.
• Review and document work orders, logs, and related documentation in CMMS or required system.
• Conduct boiler plant, chiller plant, and lab utility equipment tours and inspections.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
