Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia Inc is seeking a hands-on operations manager to oversee contract performance and staffing for diverse facilities. You will build and adjust schedules, monitor progress, and step in as backup APM as needed to keep projects on track.

You bring 5+ years of workforce leadership on similar contracts, strong safety and quality focus, and ability to work with government and facility reps. Eligible for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years managing a workforce on a contract of similar scope.
• Solid knowledge of building service management and chemicals.
• Familiarity with green cleaning practices and CIMS standards.
• Experience with MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS systems.
• Knowledge of SDS, fire/safety, hazard comms and bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of assigned contracts per ROM guidelines.
• Build staffing, work, transportation, and building schedules.
• Track completed and outstanding work; spot productivity trends.
• Step in as backup APM when needed.
• Oversee floor care and maintenance scheduling; payroll alignment.
