Job summary

Chimes is seeking an experienced Facilities/Contract Manager to oversee contract development, pricing for proposals, and implementation across DC sites. You will lead Project Managers, ensure safety and quality controls, and coordinate with contracting officers to meet contract specifications and service delivery targets.

The role requires strong leadership, supervision of staff, and deep knowledge of government contracting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a workforce on service contracts, preferably federal.
• Proven ability to lead, train, supervise site management staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Project Managers and site staff.
• Evaluate service contracts and prepare pricing for proposals.
• Ensure safety training and compliance at all sites.
• Coordinate with contracting officers and building services.
• Prepare quality control plans and maintain documentation.
