Job summary

JLL is seeking a Soft Services Manager in Santa Clara, CA to support the Soft Services Director and Regional Facilities Directors in delivering comprehensive facilities and experience-focused services. You will drive program development, ensure policy compliance, and lead continuous improvement to enhance client and guest workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Seven years of facilities, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of real estate, facilities soft services, and hospitality services.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn PC/web-based applications.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Self-motivated, energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with the Soft Services Director and Regional Facilities Directors on service delivery program development and execution while reviewing operations and workforce development.
• Collaborating with all levels of the account team to ensure service excellence and high customer satisfaction across office services and facilities.
• Assisting in implementing short and long-term projects while ensuring compliance with policies and audit standards.
• Exploring innovative programs and procedures to reduce operating costs and improve workplace experiences.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging resources to enhance the workplace experience program.
