Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of data entry, work order tracking, or facilities ops support.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain facility work order data in a CMMS.
• Monitor open work orders and track status.
• Prepare and submit routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Support vendor coordination by scheduling maintenance.
• Assist with compliance documentation and audits.
