Job summary

ServiceSource seeks a Facilities Service Desk professional to support the BOS NGA NCW contract in St. Louis and Arnold, MO.

You will input facilities data in IWMS and coordinate with internal teams and customers to deliver timely service. The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and adherence to contract standards, with duties ranging from processing requests to escalating issues, all within a respectful, professional workplace.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct experience with customer service and/or data entry required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process work requests; enter information into IWMS.
• Complete work and preventive maintenance requests in IWMS.
• Scan and attach notes, invoices, and reports to requests in IWMS.
• Escalate customer complaints to supervisors.
• Inform customers of status and delays via email or phone.
• Provide follow-up customer service and maintain professional demeanor.
