Job summary

ServiceSource is hiring a Work Order Coordinator to manage facility maintenance data in NEXGEN, track work orders, and prepare routine reports. You will coordinate with vendors, schedule maintenance, and ensure access to facilities for service visits.

The role supports compliance and timely reporting within a government-focused environment. Required are a high school diploma or GED with at least two years in data entry or facilities support; proficiency with MS Excel/Word and CMMS systems; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of data entry, work order tracking, or facilities support experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Word; familiarity with NEXGEN or CMMS preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain facility work order data in a CMMS (NEXGEN); keep records organized.
• Monitor open work orders, track status, and perform follow-up actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and performance records.
• Assist with vendor scheduling and ensure access to facilities for services.
• Support compliance documentation and internal audits as needed.
