Job summary

Slate Auto in the USA is seeking a Central Facilities Training Coordinator to lead the development, delivery, and compliance of maintenance training across our manufacturing sites. You will build programs that upskill technicians, ensure safety standards, and align with regulatory requirements.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, plus strong organizational and instructional skills and proficiency with MS Office and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Training & Development, or related field with at least five years of related experience.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and instructional skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for factory maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training across sites.
• Create and maintain training materials, curricula, and records.
• Schedule instructors and resources for training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
