Job summary

Slate is seeking a Central Facilities Training Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and manage training for factory maintenance, safety, and compliance. You will ensure personnel are trained, qualified, and aligned with standards to support safe, reliable facilities operations.

You will create materials, deliver sessions, maintain records, and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, HR. A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience is preferred, along with MS Office and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Training & Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience coordinating, developing, or delivering technical or operational training.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and instructional skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for factory maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training aligned with objectives.
• Create and maintain training materials, curricula, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in training.
