Job summary

Slate Auto in the USA is seeking a Training Coordinator to execute training programs designed by the Learning and Development Lead. You will schedule, facilitate and track training activities across the plant, collaborating with employees, supervisors and department managers.

Responsibilities include hands-on sessions, onboarding, safety refreshers, rollout of new programs, recordkeeping in the LMS, reporting, and continuous improvement of delivery based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Certifications in training, facilitation, or adult learning preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in training coordination or facilitation, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience working with hourly employees and frontline supervisors is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating hands-on learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules with supervisors and department leads.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions, onboarding, safety refreshers, and skills development.
• Support rollout of new training programs, including pilots and feedback.
• Serve as primary contact for employees on training logistics and follow-up.
• Conduct classroom and on-floor training using prepared materials and tools.
• Maintain training records, attendance logs, and LMS data; generate reports.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities for improving training delivery and scheduling.
