Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring a Facilities Technician to maintain, repair and prepare apartments for turnover across our properties. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and keep detailed records while ensuring safety and high service levels for residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPO certification or plan to obtain, and strong communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPO certification or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication and safety mindset are essential.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs to asset and equipment.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and ensure timely readiness.
• Respond to service requests and document work performed.
• Coordinate supplies and assist with after-hours emergencies.
• Interact professionally with residents, staff, contractors and management.
