Job summary

Front Range Community College in Fort Collins is seeking a Facilities Maintenance worker to perform general building and outdoor maintenance, HVAC and electrical tasks, painting, remodeling, and equipment repairs. This on-campus role supports student, staff, and public environments and requires safe, reliable teamwork across trades.

The position requires two years of related experience, a current Colorado driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building systems maintenance including roofing, drywall, doors, and hardware; assist with remodeling projects.
• Assist Grounds with landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal.
• Support HVAC and electrical system repairs; read gauges and inspect equipment.
• Paint classrooms, restrooms, and other areas; prepare surfaces and select appropriate coatings.
• Assist Custodial and Maintenance teams with organizing equipment and inventory.
