Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, repairs, renovations, or construction work.
• Advanced drywall repair, finishing, and painting techniques.
• Carpentry and general building repairs; coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance on structural building systems and components.
• Assist in renovations and preventative maintenance projects.
• Document labor hours, materials, and completed work in CMMS; support snow removal.
