Job summary

Silfab Solar Inc. is hiring for a Maintenance & Reliability role at our Fort Mill, SC facility. The position focuses on maintaining equipment performance, data logging, and ensuring safe, compliant operation across chemical handling and WWT processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Preferred: 8+ years in a manufacturing/industrial facilities environment.
• Licensed operator of a WWT system (SC Phys chem).
• Associate degree or technical certificate or higher.
• Military experience in a mechanical role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment to maximize operating performance and spare parts inventory.
• Perform repairs to restore equipment to proper and safe condition.
• Take data readings and maintain logs per local, state and federal requirements.
• Troubleshoot process operations and adjust for optimal performance.
• Follow LOTO procedures and maintain safety documentation.
• Complete preventive/predictive maintenance per manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Participate in on-site emergency response when needed.
• Adhere to PSM, RMP, and permit requirements for processes.
