The role requires attention to detail, ability to read work instructions in English, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing experience and flexibility for overtime support continuous production targets.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow work instructions in English.
• Careful handling of fragile, high-value material.
• Able to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate cell-manufacturing equipment per SWI.
• Adhere to cleanroom, ESD, and contamination-control requirements.
• Load, handle, and move wafers and cells with proper technique.
• Record production, quality, and downtime data on paperwork.
• Perform in-process quality checks and testing as required.
