Silfab Solar Inc. Fort Mill, SC seeks a Maintenance & Reliability professional to maintain facility equipment, perform repairs, and manage preventive maintenance.

You will monitor process readings, keep logs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules while supporting on-site emergency response. The role demands 3–5 years in a related field (8+ preferred), knowledge of chillers, boilers, HVAC, and industrial water treatment, plus hands-on skills with meters and hand tools.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• 8+ years preferred in a manufacturing/industrial facilities group.
• Licensing in WWT system (SC Phys chem) preferred.
• Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, scrubbers, boilers, compressors, HVAC systems.
• Associate degree or certificate from technical trade school or higher.
• Military mechanical experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain facility equipment to maximize operating performance and manage spare parts inventory.
• Repair equipment to restore safe operation.
• Take data readings and logs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot process operations and adjust for optimal performance.
• Use handheld meters and instruments including voltage, LEL, gas, and pH meters.
• Keep production on schedule and follow safety procedures.
• Follow LOTO procedures for unsafe equipment and servicing.
• Complete work orders for preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Maintain organized work areas per 5-S standards.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Prioritize safety and environmental compliance.
• Participate in on-site emergency response as needed.
• Adhere to PSM, RMP, and permit requirements with documentation.
