Job summary

Silfab Solar is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform facility and process equipment preventive maintenance in our US manufacturing environment. This role requires 6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or 4 years with a trade certification.

You will work on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to support production uptime. You will use CMMS to log work, complete small projects, install and relocate equipment, and diagnose faults in complex systems.

Qualifications

• 6 years or more of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Or 4 years with 309A Electrician or 433A Industrial Mechanic certification.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds and team lifts up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Use CMMS to record work completed and track maintenance tasks.
• Repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components as directed.
• Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems, including complex interlocks and controls.
• Install, set up, modify, and relocate equipment as needed to meet production needs.
• Test equipment for continuity, voltage, and resistance; run power lines per regulations.
• Maintain organized workplace and comply with safety and housekeeping standards.
