Job summary

The Residence at Bedford, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Associate in Bedford, MA. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to the residence, ensure a safe environment, and collaborate with outside vendors as needed.

The role requires weekend availability and physical stamina. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay from Day One, plus opportunities such as tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance functions and safety regulations (OSHA/state codes).
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Experience in maintenance, preferably in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on residence equipment.
• Keep work area free of hazards and maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors as needed.
• Replace burned-out light bulbs and maintain lighting.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as required.
