Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Associate for The Residence at Boylston Place in Chestnut Hill, MA. The role involves routine maintenance, cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, and coordination with outside contractors to ensure the building remains safe and well-presented.

Ideal candidates have four or more years in maintenance, knowledge of OSHA safety standards, and an HVAC certificate is a plus. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years maintenance experience, preferably in health care.
• HVAC certificate preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of residence equipment and facilities.
• Keep building and grounds clean and safe, report hazards.
• Work with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Assist with general housekeeping and laundry duties when required.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain exit and room lights.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in trainings as scheduled.
