Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and repair property assets, ensure safety, and deliver excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will log work in Entrata/CMMS, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers with attention to quality and timing.

Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, EPA 608 Type I, and ideally a CPO certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school completion.
• EPA 608 Type I certification required.
• CPO certification or intent to obtain within six months.
• Clear communication and safety-conscious attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with Entrata, CMMS or related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Entrata and CMMS systems to log service requests and completed work.
• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting and basic electrical work.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and inspect for needed repairs.
• Document work performed, supplies used and follow-up needs daily.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor and respond to after-hours emergencies.
