Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician to respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers in a fast-paced property setting. You will work with the Facilities Supervisor to complete daily assignments and ensure safety standards across the property.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type I certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred or plan to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Entrata and CMMS to log requests and complete work.
• Perform routine maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks.
• Inspect and prepare vacated apartments; coordinate with supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and document supplies used with notes.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and equipment.
• Assist in after-hours emergencies as needed.
