Job summary

Storey Park Association in Orlando, FL is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Technician to support a hospitality‑focused property within the Troon portfolio. Responsibilities include general repairs, upkeep of exterior areas, and ensuring safe operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC skills, and will obtain Florida CPO within 6 months. English communication and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC.
• Must obtain Florida CPO or equivalent within 6 months.
• Clear communication in English (verbal/written).
• Pool/spa maintenance experience a plus in HOA/apartment environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs for buildings and grounds (electrical, mechanical, structural).
• Maintains exterior facility cleanliness and appearance.
• Identifies and reports supplies needed to supervisor.
• Maintains regular, reliable attendance; performs other duties as required.
