Job summary
A community association in Orlando is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the facilities and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Additionally, candidates should be willing to obtain Florida public pool operator certification. Qualifications
Ability and willingness to obtain Florida CPO certification within 6 months of hire.
Experience maintaining pools and spas preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
Assist in oversight of overall repair and maintenance of facilities.
Perform repairs and maintenance ensuring cleanliness of the facility.
Implement and maintain service standards for guest satisfaction.
Skills
Basic working knowledge of electrical systems
Basic working knowledge of plumbing
Basic working knowledge of carpentry
Basic working knowledge of HVAC
Bilingual (Spanish)
