Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to keep pools and related facilities in top condition at the Orlando resort. You will perform routine maintenance, record water quality readings, and assist with general grounds upkeep to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires prior maintenance experience, basic PVC plumbing knowledge, and ability to obtain CPR/CPO certifications if not already held. Schedule may include holidays and weekends, with emphasis on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of PVC plumbing repairs.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• CPO certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep of pools and grounds as needed and projects as assigned.
• Log daily readings of Pool Quality Parameters, pH, and Chlorine Levels.
• Remove, clean, disinfect filter media from pool filter canisters.
• Vacuum bodies of water daily and maintain water quality.
• Maintain daily logs of condition of Fitness Center Equipment.
• Maintain curb appeal including lawn care and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Focus on guest satisfaction scores and support HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
