Job summary

Storey Park Association in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join a hospitality-focused property organization under Troon. The role involves general repairs, facility upkeep, and ensuring safe, presentable grounds.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, and a willingness to obtain a Florida CPO or pool operator certification within 6 months. English communication and basic computer use are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of hands-on building or maintenance experience.
• Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC at a light-repair level.
• Willingness to obtain Florida CPO or pool operator certification within 6 months.
• English communication ability required; basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for buildings and grounds (electrical, mechanical, structural).
• Maintains exterior area cleanliness and arranges outdoor furniture.
• Identify and report supplies needed to supervisor.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
