Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver effective maintenance and timely service within assigned facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds, and interact with customers to satisfy client requirements. Applicants should have 2–5 years of mechanical experience, a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent training), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two to five years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent two-year college/technical trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
• Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete tasks.
• Documents work and time in CMMS system.
• Works to ensure safety and compliance in all tasks.
