Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance, preventive tasks, and apartment turnovers at a Orlando property. You will log work in Entrata and CMMS, perform repairs, and help ensure safety and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I, and a willingness to travel as needed. This full-time role includes benefits such as health, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma and 1–3 years of general maintenance experience or equivalent
• EPA 608 Type I certification required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication and safe work practices
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if needed

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Entrata and CMMS for logging service requests and work completion
• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs and assist supervisor with daily tasks
• Document work, parts used, and required follow-up with notes and signatures
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily and maintain inventory
• Inspect vacated apartments and report needed repairs to the supervisor
